A few months ago, we posted about an effort in Sydney, Australia to drive late-night hooligans from a public park — by blasting Barry Manilow songs. So far, it seems to be working. The hooligans have probably moved off to some nice quiet spot, while the tax-paying, law-abiding citizens become involuntarily Fanilows. Doesn’t seem quite fair.
